Absolutely right, Tall Cottage. Our schools should introduce Communication Skills to our pre-school kids and maintain the course through high school. If everyone openly lays their cards on the table, problems are resolved. I call it going from Point A to Point B and picking up with Point C and forgetting about A and B. (make sense?)
